District Procedures for Arrival / Departure
Arrival procedure for bus riders
The time for arrival and unloading destination/procedures for buses may vary by school. Please check your school’s website for the proper procedure.
- Bus riders shall arrive at school no earlier than 7:15 a.m. for grades K-6 and 7:30 a.m. for grades 7-12.
- Bus riders will report to the cafeteria for breakfast or to a specified area determined by the school principal.
- Staff members and campus security officers will be on duty to supervise students safely to their proper destination.
Departure procedure for bus riders
The time for departure and loading destination/procedures may vary by school. Please check your school’s website for the proper procedure.
- Staff members will monitor students to the appropriate loading destination and assist the students safely aboard.

The time for arrival and unloading destination/procedures may vary by school. It is imperative that you familiarize yourself with your student’s school Traffic Flow Plan before the first day of school. The Traffic Flow Plans are developed to enhance the safety of all students and to provide an efficient traffic flow. Please check your school’s website for the proper procedure.

- Walkers are encouraged to walk directly home each afternoon.
