Pierce Street Wax Museum

Second Grade has been studying diversity among cultures. The goal was for all students to gain a better understanding and appreciation for all cultures, not just their own. The second graders presented a Famous African American Wax Museum on Tuesday, February 19. Each student did an awesome job creating a poster and researching facts about their person. They wrote paragraphs using the facts and delivered a speech in first person. The students dressed as the person, and had some type of prop relating to their person.
