Pierce Street Elementary School was recently awarded a prestigious grant from the E.R. Carpenter Foundation. The grant, in the amount of $13, 310, will be used to purchase a ceiling mounted projector, a remote control wide screen, a new sound system and microphones, and a new panoramic rear stage curtain.
