Welcome to Joyner Elementary School! Nestled in a residential community and located next to Rob Leake City Park, our newly renovated fifty-two year old school has been the formal education of many of Tupelo's present community leaders, making it a landmark of academic tradition. Joyner Elementary School houses a staff of creative, innovative individuals! From students snuggled cozily on beanbags reading books in the Magic Tree House, to those using math skills to create yummy cookies in the Kids' Kitchen, Joyner students are actively involved in learning. The Discovery Garden provides first-hand outdoor gardening experiences. With grant monies provided through the Association of Excellence in Education (AEE) and Renasant Bank, Joynerville, an interactive learning community, was established! Joynerville is a simulated community that allows students to be transformed bank tellers, grocery store clerks, postal workers, scientists, architects, and actors while experiencing real life skills in a fun setting.
