Director's Welcome
Welcome to the Hancock Leadership Center. This center is a 10,000 square foot facility equipped with three meeting rooms that are divided by collapsable walls that allow for the rooms to be joined into one large room seating 100 in classroom style or 250 in auditorium style. We also have a computer lab with the latest technology capabilities and a teacher workroom that doubles as a kitchen and meeting room.
School affiliated groups pay no fee for use of the Center. Non-profit organizations pay $50.00 per room and For profit groups pay $100.00 per room fee.
The meeting rooms have eight foot folding tables with dorsal-flex chairs. Audio visual equipment is available in each meeting room. There are three 27" color TV's with VCR's. A new LCD projector ceiling mounted is available to use with a Dell laptop computer. Meeting room A has a SMARTBOARD computer available for presentations. Overheads, screens, sound systems, and chart easels are available.
For making application for room use, phone the Center (662) 840-1847 or 1848. Communicate the name of the event, the group sponsoring and needed dates and times. An application will be faxed or e-mailed with a prompt decision to follow.
