Church Street Procedures for Arrival / Departure

Arrival procedure for bus riders

• Bus riders should arrive at school no earlier than 7:15 a.m.
• Bus riders will unload on Church Street.
• Bus riders will enter the building through the front entrance on Church Street.
• Before 7:30 a.m. bus riders will report directly to the school’s auditorium.
• After 7:30 a.m. bus riders will report to the cafeteria for breakfast or go directly to the school’s auditorium.
• Staff members and campus security officers will be on duty to supervise students safely to their proper destination.

Departure procedure for bus riders

• Bus riders will dismiss at 2:45 p.m.
• Bus riders will load in the west parking lot at the back of the school.
• Staff members will monitor students to the appropriate loading destination and assist the students safely aboard.

Arrival procedure for car riders

• Car riders should arrive at school no earlier than 7:15 a.m.
• Car pool traffic will flow in a single lane North to South on Church Street.
• Car riders will unload on Church Street.
• Car riders will enter the building through the front entrance on Church Street.
• Before 7:30 a.m. car riders will report directly to the school’s auditorium.
• After 7:30 a.m. car riders will report to the cafeteria for breakfast or go directly to the school’s auditorium.
• Staff members and campus security officers will be on duty to supervise students safely to their proper destination.
