Beginning at the point where McCullough Boulevard crosses the Tupelo Public School District northern boundary line, the recommended Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows the TPSD northern boundary line moving east and then south to the point where County Road 1029 intersects Highway 78. From the intersection of County Road 1029 and Highway 78, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows Highway 78 moving west to the Highway 78 and North Veterans (CR 811) interchange. The Carver Attendance Zone boundary then follows North Veterans Boulevard south to a point where the Highway 78/North Veterans Boulevard ramps join North Veterans Boulevard. From this point, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary moves diagonally south and west to a point on Hilda Avenue where Highway 45 intersects with Hilda Avenue. The Carver Attendance Zone boundary then follows Hilda Avenue south to Commerce Street and follows Commerce Street to the intersection of Commerce Street and East Franklin Street. At the intersection of Commerce and East Franklin Streets the boundary follows East Franklin Street to East Main Street where the boundary turns west and follows East Main Street to the intersection of Main Street and North Front Street. From the intersection of Main and Front Streets, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows North Front Street to East Jackson Street where the boundary turns west and follows Jackson Street to the Natchez Trace Parkway. The Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows the Natchez Trace Parkway north to a point just east of Holly Hill Drive where the boundary turns west staying north of Holly Hill Drive, Teakwood Lane, and Ashley Circle and cutting across Gun Club Road at a point between the house number ranges of 1300 and 2600 and then intersects Jackson Street Extended. After intersecting with Jackson Street Extended, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows Jackson Street Extended north to the intersection of Jackson Street Extended and North Coley Road. At the intersection of North Coley Road and Jackson Street Extended, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows North Coley Road to the point where North Coley Road ends on McCullough Boulevard. From the intersection of North Coley Road and McCullough Boulevard, the Carver Attendance Zone boundary follows McCullough Boulevard north to the point where McCullough Boulevard crosses the northern TPSD boundary. This is the point where the Carver Attendance Zone started.
